Description
WINEMAKING TECHNOLOGY: Vindima manual para caixas de 12 kg de modo a preservar toda a qualidade das uvas. Prensagem muito suave para não promover maceração pelicular. Decantação estática a 5ªC durante 48h. Vinificação a temperatura controlada de 12ºC durante 3 semanas a que se seguiu um estágio de 12 meses sobre as borras finas para maior untuosidade e complexidade. Estágio de 6 meses em garrafa.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Acompanha bem saladas, marisco, carnes grelhadas ou simplesmente como aperitivo.
