Single varietal Castelão, from vines over 20 years old, with an intense ruby red colour. With notes of red and black fruit, some smoky flavours with a vegetal char. A fresh, youthful, very versatile wine with a marked acidity that gives it great personality.

WINEMAKING TECHNOLOGY: Manual harvesting for 12kg boxes to preserve all the quality of the grapes
Aged for 12 months before bottling. Bottle ageing for 18 months

PRESERVATION: The bottles must be protected from sunlight without being shaken or vibrated, in a completely or partially horizontal position, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (between 10 and 15ºC) and without being shaken or vibrated.
CONSUMPTION: It should be served at 16-18ºC.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It goes well with white meats and Italian cuisine.
