This single-varietal wine from Castelão, made from vines over 20 years old, has an intense ruby red colour. It has a minty aroma, with floral notes of rockrose, hibiscus and black fruit. A fresh, lively and highly versatile wine with a pronounced acidity that gives it great character.
WINEMAKING TECHNOLOGY: Hand-harvested into 12-kg crates to preserve the grapes’ full quality. Aged for 12 months before bottling.

PRESERVATION: The bottles must be protected from sunlight without being shaken or vibrated, in a completely or partially horizontal position, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (between 10 and 15ºC) and without being shaken or vibrated.
CONSUMPTION: It should be served at 16-18ºC.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It goes well with white meats and Italian cuisine.
