Description
WINEMAKING TECHNOLOGY: Hand-picked into 12kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Vinification at controlled temperature for 15 days followed by 18 months on the fine lees with regular stirring for greater unctuousness and complexity.

PRESERVATION: The bottles must be protected from sunlight without being shaken or vibrated, in a completely or partially horizontal position, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (between 10 and 15ºC) and without being shaken or vibrated.
CONSUMPTION: It should be served at 10-12ºC
RECOMMENDATIONS: Acompanha bem com pratos de carne ou aves e peixes de sabor intenso.
