Description
WINEMAKING TECHNOLOGY: Manual harvesting into 12 kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Vinification at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 3 weeks, followed by a 6-month aging period on fine lees with batonnage for greater greasiness and complexity.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Acompanha bem gastronomia asiática, italiana, pratos grelhados, frutos do mar e saladas.
