Elaborado com as melhores uvas das castas Castelão e Aragonez, apresenta aromas a fruta vermelha, algum floral. Com notas de especiarias e algum tabaco qie lhe confere ligeiro herbáceo salivante Com leve presença de madeira contribuindo para um vinho rico aromáticamente. Na boca é muito mentolado revelando-se macio, envolvente com boa estrutura e taninos sedosos. Final longo, fresco e complexo reflectindo o terroir da nossa Herdade.

PRESERVATION: The bottles must be protected from sunlight without being shaken or vibrated, in a completely or partially horizontal position, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (between 10 and 15ºC) and without being shaken or vibrated.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Acompanha bem carnes vermelhas, caça, alguns pratos de bacalhau, queijos de pasta mole.
