Das castas Antão Vaz, Arinto e Alvarinho nasce este vinho. Tropical com notas cítricas e de fruta branca. Boa mineralidade e nuances florais. Paladar vincado por uma excelente acidez natural conferida pelo Arinto, resultando num vinho muito elegante e vibrante.

WINEMAKING TECHNOLOGY: Vindima manual para caixas de 12 kg de modo a preservar toda a qualidade das uvas. Vinificação a temperatura controlada durante 15 dias a que se seguiu um estágio de 12 meses sobre as borras finas para maior untuosidade e complexidade.
Estágio de 6 meses em garrafa.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It goes well with seafood, salads, grilled fish and Italian cuisine.
