CLASSIC TASTING

A rewarding experience

Discover the essence of wine tourism through our Classic Tasting, an experience designed to awaken the senses and reveal the unique character of our wines. Over the course of around an hour and a half, you will be invited to explore the vineyards on a guided tour — weather permitting — where you can discover the origins of each bottle at first hand.

The experience culminates in a guided tasting of three Reserva wines — rosé, white and red — carefully selected to showcase the authenticity of our production. All this is accompanied by regional bread and cheese and olive oil from the estate, creating a perfect harmony between local flavours and the richness of our wines.

An intimate and exclusive experience, ideal for those who enjoy wine at their own pace, in a peaceful setting, and with a deeper appreciation.

PREMIUM TASTING

A sensorial experience

The experience includes a guided tasting of five selected wines, ranging from Grand Reserves to Reserves, which reveal the complexity, elegance and character of our terroir. To complement this, the estate’s olive oil will be served, along with a selection of mountain snacks accompanied by regional bread, carefully chosen to complement and enrich every moment of the tasting.

SUNSET EXPERIENCE

A complete experience

Make the end of your day truly memorable with our Sunset Experience — a perfect blend of nature, fine dining and wine. As dusk falls, set off on a leisurely tractor ride through the vineyards, where the golden light of the setting sun creates the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the beauty of the landscape.

The experience culminates in an exclusive dinner, prepared by a local chef, where authentic flavours come to life in perfect harmony with three Barranco do Vale wines, carefully selected to enhance every moment at the table. The background music completes the atmosphere, making this experience even more immersive and special.

Designed for small, private groups, this is an intimate and sophisticated experience, perfect for celebrating, sharing and creating unique memories as the sun sets.

Jazz nas Adegas

This initiative by Silves City Hall, in partnership with Herdade Barranco do Vale, aims to galvanise the further north wines of the Silves region, in a symbiosis between wine, the estate and music, offering the public a unique experience in a very unusual venue for a jazz concert - our old animal corral.
