Description
WINEMAKING TECHNOLOGY: Harvested by hand into 12kg boxes in order to preserve the full quality of the grapes. Very gentle pressing so as not to promote skin maceration. Static decanting at 5ºC for 48 hours. Vinification at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 3 weeks followed by 6 months on the fine lees for greater unctuousness and complexity.

PRESERVATION: The bottles must be protected from sunlight without being shaken or vibrated, in a completely or partially horizontal position, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (between 9 and 12ºC) and without being shaken or vibrated.
CONSUMPTION: It should be served at 8-10ºC.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Goes well with salads, seafood, grilled meats or simply as an appetiser.
